Baby Chicks!

For the last three weeks, we have been caring for twelve little eggs.  The students have monitored the temperature, humidity and the turning of these eggs in the incubator.  Today is the 21st day and they have started hatching!  We are looking forward to watching them grow and adapt to their new surroundings. If you get a chance this week, come in and visit our feathery friends!

Everyone aced the math facts test!  This week we worked on multiplying by 5.  The students practiced independently and helped each other with the facts that were challenging.  They all did a wonderful job!

Valentine's Day

Our class will be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Monday the 14th.  The students may bring valentines for all students in the class.  We will exchange them in the afternoon and have snacks.  The following is a list of our class:  Brenden,  KC,  Issac,  Amanda,  Joe,  Korie,  Lane,  Aaron, Hayley,   Kaden,  Gage,  Lexi,  TJ
